Chef Eduardo Marquez Araya and his team draw inspiration from global live-fire traditions, crafting a menu that celebrates the artistry of smoke, flame, and exceptional ingredients. The evening begins at 5:00 PM with a cocktail hour and passed appetizers, accompanied by live music and captivating fire performances. At 6:00 PM, guests will gather for a multi-course feast prepared over open flames.

More than dinner, Fire to Table is a celebration of food, community, and the primal connection that comes from gathering around the fire. With limited seating available, this special edition is one of the most unique dining experiences, perfect to close out the summer!
